Chapter 5 ANALYZER Function (IM3533-01)
You can save the measurement results inside the instrument. (Up to 32,000 items) The saved measurement
results can be saved to a USB flash drive.
They can also be acquired using a communication command. Memory function settings apply to
mode, mode, and mode.
When the memory function is set to "IN" in or mode, it will be set to "ON" in mode.
The items saved to memory are in accordance with the
:MEASure:VALid setting.
For details on how to acquire the saved measurement results or set
:MEASure:VALid, refer to the
included LCR Application Disk.
