• When an element other than a capacitor or a capacitor with a low DC resistance is mea-
sured while using DC bias, the AUTO range may not work properly and a range may not
be able to be determined.
• When setting the sweep frequency, some ranges may not be available depending on the
frequency range.
• 10 M range: Up to 100.00 kHz
• 100 M range: Up to 10.000 kHz
• The AUTO ranging range can be limited.

If the instrument is being used outside the lim-
its of its specification, the suitable range may
not be set in auto ranging function. In this
case, check the accuracy assured ranges in
"14.2 Measurement Range and Accuracy" (p.
342) and then change the test conditions.
