Hard Disk recovery
The purpose of this service utility is to clean user data on the Hard Disk, to try to recover the printer from an
unstable state.
1. In the Service Utilities submenu, scroll to Hard Disk Recovery and press OK.
2. When the following message appears on the front panel, press OK to perform a Hard Disk recovery, or
Cancel to exit.
3. When the following message appears on the front panel, again press OK to perform a Hard Disk
recovery, or Cancel to exit.
File system check
The purpose of this service utility is to check the consistency of the file system on the Hard Disk. If the utility
detects a problem, it will try to fix it automatically.
1. In the Service Utilities submenu, scroll to File System Check and press OK.
