Clutch housing assembly
• Lubricate bearing (3), and assemble it.

Molykote D Paste Clear solid lubricant for
metal part assembling
and settling
• Assemble clutch housing (2).
• Fit thrust washer (1).
Clutch hub assembly
• Lubricate hub (2) inner toothing, and t it.
Consumables
MP 3 paste High-performance
lubricating grease
• Clean crankshaft thread, and nut (1).
• Fit nut (1).
Tightening torque gures
Clutch hub on crankshaft
Collar nut, M20 x 1.5 - 10.9,
Replace microincapsulated screw
nut
120 Nm
Fit clutch plates
• Take special care that inner line plate cavities (arrows) 2 and 3 are aligned
with clutch hub oil holes.
