Starter motor idle gear tting
• Lubricate bushing (5), and needle roller bearing (4), then assemble them.
Consumables
Molykote D Paste Clear solid lubricant for metal
part assembling and settling
• Lubricate gear (3), and assemble it with the dowel pointing towards counter-
shaft.
Consumables
Molykote D Paste Clear solid lubricant for metal
part assembling and settling
• Fit washer (2) with nut (1), but do not tighten them.
Gear assembly with starter motor protected against overload
• Lubricate shaft (2) with gear (1), and assemble them.
