• Heat bearing bushing (2).

Pre-heating

• Spray crankshaft with cooling uid.
• Fit bearing bushing (2) using a suitable tool.
• Fit roller cage (1).
Control gear assembly
• Fit control gear (1), holding it in place with a tool
(N. 8000H5010) to prevent it from turning.
• Fit screw (2).

Assemble crankshaft and countershaft
• Lubricate shafts bearing points.

assembling and settling
• Assemble countershaft (2) with crankshaft (1).
• Respect the reference mark (arrows).
