1. Connect a 3/8”x10’ drain hose to the drain valve located below the oil servicing tube and the
other end to a bucket or oil receptacle.
2. Lower the airplane tail.
3. Place a block under the nose wheel to maintain a nose height attitude with airplane tail not
touching ground.
4. Open valve and refer to the Rotax 912 iS Sport (912 iS 2) Maintenance Manual for complete oil
change directions.
VERIFICATION METHOD:
This task has been completed when oil is changed.
