STATus:OPERation:LLFail[:SUMMary]
The operation status lower limit fail summary register set contains information on
the lower limit fail status of the U8480 Series.
The following bit in these registers is used by the U8480 Series:
Bit 1 is set if the lower limit test fails.
This bit is cleared if a measurement is made and the test is enabled and passes.
