[SENSe[1]:]FREQuency[:CW|:FIXed]:STOP <numeric_value> <unit>
This command sets the stop frequency of the frequency sweep. It must be used in
conjunction with an external trigger.
If the frequency sweep is disabled (frequency sweep step set to 0), the stop
frequency will be set but it will not take effect.
[SENSe[1]:]FREQuency[:CW|:FIXed]:STARt,
[SENSe[1]:]FREQuency[:CW|:FIXed]:STOP, and
[SENSe[1]:]FREQuency[:CW|:FIXed]:STEP may be set in any sequence.
When the frequency sweep mode is configured with a frequency step size within
the allowable range, the following conditions apply:
– If the stop frequency point is greater than the frequency start point, the
frequency range will be swept in an ascending order.
– If the stop frequency point is less than the frequency start point, the frequency
range will be swept in a descending order.
