STATus:OPERation:MEASuring[:SUMMary]
The operation status measuring summary register set contains information on the
measuring status of the U8480 Series.
The following bit in these registers is used by the U8480 Series:
Bit 1 is set when the U8480 Series is taking a measurement.
This bit is cleared when the measurement has completed.

2 to 15 - Not used (bit 15 is always 0)
