MEMory:TABLe:SPARam:POINts? <S11|S12|S21|S22>
This query is used to list the number of magnitude-phase pairs for the selected
S-Parameter for the currently selected S-Parameter table.
If no magnitude-phase values have been set, this query returns a 0.
If no table is selected, this query returns NAN.
