STATus:QUEStionable
The questionable register set contains bits that indicate the quality of various
aspects of signals processed by the U8480 Series.
The following bits in these registers are used by the U8480 Series:
Bit 3 is set by the logical OR outputs of the
STATus:QUEStionable:POWer:SUMMary register set.
Bit 8 is set by the logical OR outputs of the
STATus:QUEStionable:CALibration:SUMMary register set.
Bit 9 is set if the power-on self-test fails, and cleared if it passes.
