SYSTem:HELP:HEADers?
This query returns a list of all SCPI commands supported by the U8480 Series.
Data is returned in the IEEE-488.2 arbitrary block program data format as shown
in the figure below.

Each point in the trace is represented as an IEEE-754 32-bit floating point
number, made up of four bytes in the data block. The MSB is transmitted first.
Each complete block is terminated by a line feed.
Commands are listed in the alphabetical order.

The number of y digits
Signifies the start of the block
The number of data bytes (d)
contained in the block
Data bytes
Line feed character
signifies the end of the block
Example: if there are 12435 data bytes, y = 12435 and x = 5

the U8480 Series.
