Only the 1st announcement may be used as a guaranteed announcement by assigning 0
seconds to the first announcement timer.
While queued to a Hunt Group the call will be provided MOH.
For ACD, Circular and Terminal Hunt Groups, if the number of queued calls exceeds the
Queued Call limit, new incoming CO line calls are disconnected.
The ipLDK-60 communicates with an external VM using in-band DTMF.
