This command is used to assign the IDLE/BUSY status of stations.

TN: Tenant Number
STN: Physical Station Number (a maximum of five digits for Business system, and six digits for Hotel sys-
tem.)
MB: Make-Busy Information [0-1]
0=Make Idle
1=Make Busy
