[433] Storage of inks, ColorGrip, and PML in ink cabinet with drawers
Description
1 Replaceable containers of inks, ColorGrip and maintenance liquid.
NOTE
The ink cabinet with drawers also locates a container with liquid that will be refil-
led by the Service organization.
2 Tubes to transport the liquids to the buffers.
3 Buffers to store the liquids.
4 Tubes to transport the liquids to the printhead unit.
Filling levels and status information on control panel
Below you find an explanation how the actual liquid supply is related to the status information on
the control panel. Example shows cyan ink, but applies to all inks, PML, and ColorGrip.

Buffer is full. Container has just been replaced.
2 Liquid is currently being used from the buffer. To refill the buffer, liquid is continuously be-
ing pumped from container to buffer.
3 Container gets empty, but the buffer is still full.
4 Container is empty and buffer gets empty. Printing will stop.
5 A new container has been placed. To refill the empty buffer, liquid is being pumped from
the container. The container icon is showing the pump symbol.
