Offset value: -1 or less
Set an area inside by the offset value from the
positions where the reference checker detected.
But, , if the area becomes less than the minimum
settable size for each checker after the area was
set inside by the offset value, an area setting error
occurs, the error message
E0074 is displayed and
the checker is not executed.
For Smart Matching checker
Once the size of an area is automatically adjusted, the area frame (checker shape) of adjusted size is
displayed, but the start point (ST) and end point (ED) that are displayed by selecting “Area” > “Change” are
the coordinates before the area size adjustment is made.
