WhenanInteltargetiscreatedapurpleIntel
targeticonisplacedonscreenatthespecified
position.IfHeadingandSpeedhavebeen
specifiedthetargeticonwillmoveappropriately
anddisplayacoursevector
,otherwisetheicon
willremainstatic.
Inteltargetswillremainonthesystemuntilcancelled.
