WeatherlayersintheChartapp.T oenableWeathermode,opentheChartappandselect

TheSR200diagnosticmodecanbeaccessedfromtheaudiosettingsmenufromthemasterMFDon
thenetwork.ThediagnosticsmodeshouldbereferredtowhenliaisingwithSiriusproductsupport.
