EnsurewhileflyingyourUAVthatyouremainawareoftheremainingflighttimeanddistancefrom
yourvesselatalltimes.Y oumustreturnyourUAVtoyourvesselandsafelyretrieveitbeforealow
batterywarningoccurs.TheUAVappwillmirrortheUAV’sprimarycontrollerbatterystatewarnings.
•Normallowbatterylevelwarning—whentheUAVreachesnormallowbatterylevel,inaddition
totheremotecontroller’saudibleandvisualwarningsawarningisalsodisplayedonyourMFD.
Y oushouldimmediatelyreturntheUAVtoyourvesselandretrieve.
•Criticallowbatterywarning—whentheUAVreachescriticallowbatterylevel,yourUAVwill
automaticallyperforma Returntoboatmaneuverandattempttoland.Itisnotrecommended
thatyouallowyourUAVtoreachcriticallowbatterywhileinflight,asitcouldresultindamage
orlossofyourUAV.
Assumingmanualcontrol
TheUAVpilothastheabilitytotakemanualcontroloftheUAVatanytime.Manualcontrolmaybe
requiredfornormalin-flightmaneuveringorpositioning,orinemergencysituations.Themethodsof
assumingmanualcontrolareasfollows:
•Virtualjoystickswillneedtobehidden,usingthe
Controlsiconbeforecontrolisreturnedto
theRemotecontroller.
•EnablingSportmodeontheUAV’sRemotecontrolleratanytimewilloverrideMFDcontrols.Fly
withcaution,asflightcharacteristicschangeinSportmode.
•Inanemergency,unpluggingtheUSBcablefromtheRemotecontrollerwilloverridetheMFD
controlsandimmediatelyrestoremanualcontroltotheRemotecontroller.
