•Use the Gain knob on the UltraChrome Menu 1-2 to adjust the appearance of the
Transition colors as follows:
Increasing the Gain value makes the Transition area pixels more opaque.
Decreasing the Gain value makes the Transition area pixels more transparent.
5. Adjust the Background area as follows:
Press Background on the UltraChrome Menu 1-2. Background elements are
those pixels in the source video that are the same color as the one you chose to key
out. Note that the Shadow and translucent areas (see below) are completely
contained within the Background area.
Background — UltraChrome Menu 1-2
•Use the Sat Range knob on the UltraChrome Menu 1-2 to adjust the saturation
range of the background color as follows:
Increasing the Saturation Range value includes a wider range of saturation
values to be included in the background.
Decreasing the Saturation Range value includes a narrower range of saturation
values to be included in the background.
•Use the Positive Hue knob on the UltraChrome Menu 1-2 to adjust the range of
hues that are included in the Background, expanding clockwise around the color
wheel.
•Use the Negative Hue knob on the UltraChrome Menu 1-2 to adjust the range of
hues that are included in the Background, expanding counter-clockwise around the
color wheel.
6. Adjust the Foreground area as follows:
Press More B Foreground on the UltraChrome Menu 2-2. The Foreground
settings allow you to adjust the range of colors which are considered Foreground
colors, and thus keyed fully on.
