Machine Cleanup
Conveyor Spray Down System (Optional)
The optional conveyor spray down system sprays a solution to help prevent build-up of material on
the chains, sprockets, augers and floor plates of the elevator, storage hopper, and discharge conveyor.
Use at the start of operation to help prevent asphalt from sticking to these components. After paving
while components are still warm, use with standard hand-held spray wand to clean asphalt from
components.
The conveyor spray down system can be used with the standard 35-gallon spray down tank or the 60
gallon spray down tank option.
Conveyor Spray Down Control Screen
(1) ESC Button
Press to exit to previous screen.
(2) CYCLE START Button
Press to run conveyor spray down cycle.
(3) MODE Button
Press to select between tire spray and conveyor spray
down.
Time remaining in conveyor spray down cycle is
displayed (A).

Augers and conveyor chains and slats can crush or cut. Death or serious
injury possible. Augers and conveyors start automatically when machine is
in Conveyor Wash Mode.
Stay away from augers and conveyor chains and slats when machine is
running.
