Preparing Machine
9. Remove two scraper mount pins (9), and remove
scraper mount assembly (6).
Dump Hopper Installation
1. Position dump hopper bottom assembly (1) onto
blocking with sufficient height for access under side
plates to install fasteners. Position bottom assembly
under raised elevator. Leave dump hopper cleanout
door open.
2. Place additional blocking under rear of hopper
bottom to slightly tilt front of hopper down. This
makes it easier for hopper bottom side plates (A) to
slide around bearing covers (B).
3. Leave bottom skid plate tube (2) loose to ease
installation of dump hopper bottom.
