Dump Hopper
1. Start and warm up machine using "Machine Starting Procedure", page 3-6.
2. Use spray down system to lubricate all components that contact asphalt. Verify all cleanout
doors are closed and latched.
3. Position storage hopper indicator lights (1) in
working position, if equipped.
4. Position machine with the paver as required, and
engage park brake (2). Lower dump hopper caster
wheels to ground. Position discharge conveyor over
paver hopper or optional hopper insert.
5. Position guide chain marker (3) to aid in maintaining
position of machine along the paving path.
