Maintenance Procedures
Sprocket Locations
Elevator Headshaft Sprockets
1. Fully lower elevator.
2. Turn engine off.
3. Raise and latch storage hopper platform guardrails.
4. Unsnap and open storage hopper tarp (1).
5. Perform sprocket inspection.
Elevator Footshaft Sprockets
1. Lower elevator firmly onto the ground. Fully open
dump hopper baffle (1).
2. Turn engine off.
3. Perform sprocket inspection.
Slipping and falling off engine hood can result in death or serious injury.
• Raise guard rails and enter only storage hopper observation platform.
• Do not enter storage hopper observation platform when machine is
moving.
• Maintain three-point contact when entering or exiting platform.
• Keep off engine hood.
