Maintenance Procedures
Park/Secondary Braking System - Test
1. Open cover (1) over Limp Mode Switch (2).
2. Turn Park Brake on.
3. Start engine and place throttle at full speed.
4. Place Propel 3-Speed Control in Work Low.
5. Move Limp Mode Switch (2) up to attempt to drive
machine forward. Move switch down to attempt to
drive machine in reverse. Machine must not move.
6. Follow the shutdown procedure.
7. Close cover over Limp Mode Switch.
8. Contact a Weiler dealer if interlock does not function correctly.
Runover possible. Contact with moving parts can cut or crush.
Make sure no one is working on, underneath, or close to machine before
starting engine or moving machine. Ensure area is free of personnel. Keep
spectators away.
