Maintenance Procedures
Horns - Test
1. Press button (1) to sound horn.
2. Verify that both front and rear horns sound.
3. Repeat test for each horn button on right and left
dump hopper control stations.
Hydraulic Fluid - Check/Fill
NOTICE: Clean hydraulic fluid is very important. Do not spill contaminants into tank. Filter all
hydraulic fluid through a 5-micron filter before adding it to tank.
Keep tank filled to sight gauge level. Machine must be level and in transport position. Fill cap is
located beneath access cover on operator platform floor.
1. Clean area around fill cap (1). Remove fill cap.
2. Fill to upper half of sight gauge level (2).
3. Install fill cap.
