Relays - Check
Machines #1183 and up will have 130A relays for main power (two) and starter. Relays are located on
or behind engine control panel and dash panel.
(1) 100A/130A Starter Relay
(2) 100A/130A 24V Power Relay
(3) 120A System Circuit Breaker
Safety Signs - Check/Clean
To ensure that all safety signs remain in place and in good condition:
Keep safety signs clean. Use soap and water - not mineral spirits, abrasive cleaners, or other
similar cleaners that will damage the sign.
Replace any damaged or missing safety signs. When attaching new safety signs, the temperature
of the mounting surface must be at least 40°F (5°C). Mounting surface must be clean and dry.
When replacing a machine component with a safety sign attached, replace the safety sign also.
Replacement safety signs can be purchased from your Weiler dealer.
