Manual Controls
Use the following manual controls only if necessary.
Park Brake/2-Speed Valve
(1) Park Brake Release Spool
(2) Park Brake Release Override Knob
Used when manually releasing park brakes.
(3) Brake Release Hand Pump
Pump to release brakes.
(4) Manual Brake Release Relief Valve
450 psi relief valve to keep from over-pressuring
park brake circuit.
(5) Manual Park Brake Handle
(6) 2-Speed Shift Spool
Elevator Lift Valve
Located on front of mainframe above front axle.
(1) Elevator Raise/Lower Spool
(2) Main System Relief Valve
Adjusts main system pressure. Relieves system
pressure in the event of pressure compensator
failure. Set at 3000 psi.
(3) Elevator Down Pressure Relief
Adjusts down pressure of the elevator raise/lower
cylinders.
(4) Elevator Up Pressure Relief
Adjusts up pressure of the elevator raise/lower cylinders.
Elevator Valve
Located on right side of elevator behind front hopper.
(1) Elevator Hopper Baffle Open/Close Spool
(2) Hopper Clean-Out Open/Close Spool
(3) Push Roller Extend/Retract Spool
(4) Hopper Dump Raise/Lower Spool
(5) Vibrator Run Spool
Flow control for adjustable vibration.
