Maintenance Procedures
Automatic Greaser System (Optional)
The automatic greaser system supplies grease at pre-set intervals to multiple lubricating points. The
optional Data Logger displays data such as pumping & operating times, programming, malfunctions
and low level indication. Refer to Lincoln Quicklub User Manual supplied with the machine for
maintenance information.
NOTICE: Steering cylinders, tie rods and king pins on front/rear axles require manual lubrication.
(1) Pump Housing
(2) Reservoir
(3) Data Logger Display
•Green line shows at lower right of screen when on.
•Fault code displays on screen if fault condition
occurs.
•Green rotating line on screen indicates stirring of
reservoir.
(4) Divider Blocks
(5) Manual Cycle Switch
Press and hold switch for more than two seconds to
start an additional lubrication cycle manually.
(6) Indicator Light
Illuminates during lubrication cycle on machines
equipped with standard micro pump.
Illuminates continuously on machines equipped with
optional data logger.
