Maintenance Procedures
Fuel Tank Cap and Strainer -Clean/ Inspect
1. Remove cap (1) and strainer (2).
2. Wash cap and strainer in clean, nonflammable
solvent.
3. Allow strainer and cap to dry or use compressed air
to dry.
4. Install strainer and cap.
Fume Extractor Fans - Inspect/Clean
Fume extractor fans are located on the elevator and
discharge conveyor.
1. Remove mounting bolts (1) that attach blower
assembly (2) to the blower housing.
NOTICE: Blower assembly can be removed from
housing without disconnecting hydraulic hoses.
2. Inspect blower wheel for damage. Clean wheel with
nonflammable solvent. Dry wheel. Replace wheel if
wheel or fins are damaged. Inspect hydraulic motor
and repair if necessary.
3. Inspect inlet ducts to the blower assembly and clean if necessary.
4. Install blower assembly into housing. If disconnected, reconnect hydraulic hoses.
