Maintenance Procedures
Engine Oil Level - Check
With engine level, fill to full mark on dipstick. Do not
overfill.
1. To check oil level, stop engine and allow engine oil to
settle for 5 minutes.
2. Check oil level with dipstick (1).
3. Maintain oil level on dipstick between “Full” and
“Add” marks. Add oil if necessary.
4. Clean oil fill cap (2) and surrounding area before removing cap. Add oil.
5. Install oil fill cap (2).
NOTICE: Do not overfill crankcase. Oil level must not be above full range on dipstick.
Engine Stop Button - Check
1. Press red Engine Stop Button (1) while engine is
running. Engine must stop.
2. With Engine Stop Button depressed, try starting
engine. Engine will crank but must not start.
3. Repeat Engine Stop Button check for each stop
switch on right and left side Dump Hopper Control
Stations, Conveyor Service Control Station, and
above left rear wheel.
4. Contact a Weiler dealer if an Engine Stop Button
does not function correctly.
