Preparing Machine
4. Disengage both elevator lift cylinder stops (3), or
remove blocking.
5. Lower elevator onto dump hopper bottom assembly.
6. Locate hopper bottom assembly so a 0.2" (5 mm) gap
exists between the plates so welds do not prevent
the side plates from making firm contact.
7. Turn engine off and remove ignition key.
8. Install fastener (4) on each side first. Do not reach
under hopper bottom when installing fasteners.
9. Install cover plate (5) over pivot slots and install
remaining fasteners.
10. Remove valve cover plates (6).
11. Connect the six hydraulic hoses (7) and the return
hose (8) at valve (9).
