Machine Cleanup
5. Use Dump Hopper Cleanout Door Switch (5) on
either dump hopper control station to open dump
hopper cleanout door.
6. Using Manual Switch (3), reverse elevator chain
and dump hopper augers to clean out elevator and
hopper.
7. Turn engine off and remove material from cleanout door and inside of hopper. Clean sealing
edges of door and openings thoroughly to enable door to fully close.
8. Close door.
WARNING
Falling load can crush.
Never work under lifted load unless load is securely supported to prevent
falling.
WARNING
Entanglement in rotating augers can crush or cut off hands and feet.
Stay away from rotating augers. Keep auger guards in place during
operation. Turn engine off and remove ignition key when servicing or
cleaning augers.
