frequency error, average frequency error, worst-case frequency error.
Query Maximum, minimum frequency error:

• Resolution: 1 Hz
Average frequency error:
• Range: -500 E+3 to 500 E+3 Hz
• Resolution: 1 Hz
Worst-case frequency error:
• Range: -500 to 500 parts per million (ppm)
• Resolution: 0.01
