+700 through +799 Error Message Descriptions
Description
A device-specific error indicates that the instrument has detected an error that occurred because some
operations did not properly complete, possibly due to an abnormal hardware or firmware condition. For
example, an attempt by the user to set an out of range value will generate a device specific error. Errors are
categorized as follows:
• TA2000: errors common to the test application
• CDMA: errors common to the IS-95 and IS-2000 system type
• Digital2000: errors applicable to only the IS-2000 system type
• Digital95: errors applicable to only the IS-95 system type
When one of these errors is generated, the +700 errors bit in the questionable error status register is set.
