Connector settings
Enhanced Collaboration Service (ECS) allows licensed users to view the phone presence
(for example, “on the phone”) of other licensed ECS users.
To access ECS settings

1 Click the Configuration tab.

The
Add ECS Service/Agent, List Services/Agents, and Modify Trusted Hosts items
appear on the left of the screen.
Default Session Duration This sets the default duration, in minutes, of a
broadcast session, if a valid stop time is not
