This setting is to disable or enable the Differential Protection.

This setting is to set the minimum differential current threshold required for the transformer differential
protection to trip.
3. Slope1 30% 10% to 150% in step of 1%
This setting defines the first slope in the bias current characteristic
4. Is2 1.0 pu 0.1 pu to 10.0 pu in step of 0.1 pu
This setting is to define the bias current threshold at which the second slope of the bias current
characteristic becomes active.
5. Slope2 80% 15% to 150% in step of 1%
This setting defines the second slope in the bias current characteristic

This setting is to set the time delay for the transformer differential protection

This setting defines the first High set threshold on the bias current characteristics. The device will trip if
any difference current in the Operating region irrespective of second harmonic blocking, but not in the
restrain region.
8. IHs>2 10.0 pu 0.5pu to 30pu in step of 0.1pu
This setting defines the second High set threshold on the bias current characteristic. Bias current is not
taken into account and the device will trip irrespective of second harmonic blocking.
9. Hrm BLK Criteria Disabled Disabled / Blocking / Restrain
This setting is to set the criteria to enable Blocking / Restrain mode
10. Hrm BLK Mode Disabled Disabled / 2nd Hrm / 2nd & 4th Hrm
This setting is to set the criteria to Blocking / Restrain mode set for 2nd Hrm / 2nd & 4th Hrm
11. 2nd Hrm Threshold 20% 5% to 70% in step of 1%
If the level of 2nd harmonic/fundamental in any phase current or neutral current exceeds the setting, the
Differential protection will be blocked as selected. This setting visible only when IH2 Diff Block is enabled
12. 4th Hrm Threshold 20% 5% to 70% in step of 1%
If the level of 4th harmonic/fundamental in any phase current or neutral current exceeds the setting, the
Differential protection will be blocked as selected. This setting visible only when IH2 Diff Block is enabled
13. Cross Blocking Enabled Disabled / Enabled
This setting is to enable or disable the cross blocking function, this setting visible only when IH2 Diff
Block is enabled

This setting is to set the blocking time delay for the transformer differential protection
15. 5th HRM Diff BLK Disabled Disabled / Enabled
This setting enables or disables fifth harmonic blocking
16. 5H Diff Threshold 20% 5% to 70% in step of 1%
If the level of 5th harmonic/fundamental in any phase current or neutral current exceeds the setting, the
Differential protection will be blocked as selected. This setting visible only when IH5 Diff Block is enabled
