2 INSTALATION PROCEDURE
2.1 Overview
This section Describes complete installation process of ADR233B Relay with its features and
requirements.
Before installation of ADR233B Relay, User must be familiar with relay configuration features
and its options. For safe and effective installation, cable connections should be done carefully.
This section contains drawings of typical AC and DC connections of the ADR233B Basic
Enhanced and Modular version.
2.2 Handling
2.2.1 Handling the Goods
This section Describes about product care, its handling precautions and personal safety.
Though the product is robust, User must take care while handling it at site during installation
process.
Caution: Before lifting or moving the equipment, User must be familiar with
the Safety Information section of this manual.
2.2.2 Receipt of the Goods
On receiving the product delivery, ensure that the product delivered is correct.
Check if there is any damage during transportation. If found any, make claim to transport
contractor, also report to concerned company person without delay.
2.2.3 Unpacking the Goods
While unpacking the product, precautions should be taken against damage of any part of
product. Don’t discard any Technical Specification documents and CD along with. It is useful for
reference in future.
Installation site should be well illuminated, clean and reasonably dust and vibration free.
2.2.4 Storing the Goods
Storage of this product is done with silica gel bags inside packing in order to protect device from
humidity.
For long time storage, the moisture absorbing capacity of silica gel crystal can be regained with
oven treatment. The device can be stored between 25º to +65ºC with proper air ventilation.
