The 2nd harmonic blocking is applied only when the fundamental current is above 2nd Harm Thresh
and below I> UB2H setting. The reset levels are 95% of these thresholds
Note : Sequence OC setting for Seq.I>2 & Seq.I >3 of Winding 1 and Sequence OC setting for Seq.I>1
Seq.I>2 & Seq.I>3 of Winding 2 are similar to Sequence OC Seq.I >1 settings.
6.8.8 Under Voltage

This setting is to set the definite time delay for Under Voltage protection function.
