Test
Result Description / Recommendation
1334 ABORT The Packet Interface circuits command queue is full. This should be a
temporary condition caused by a high rate of commands being sent to a Packet
Interface circuit. Continued operation with a full command queue would cause
a system WARM restart that could escalate to more severe restart levels.
1. Retry the command at 10 second intervals up to 5 times.
1335 ABORT Internal IPSI error. The Packet Interface circuit is on the standby IPSI, and this
test is not allowed to execute.
1. If you wish to run this test on the standby Packet Interface, enter set
ipserver-interface Uc to activate it.
1362 ABORT The Reset test is not allowed to run because the Packet Interface is in service.
Resetting an active IPSI circuit packs Packet Interface while in service is not
allowed since this is a destructive test.
1. Use the status packet-interface command to determine the service state
of the Packet Interface circuit. If the circuit is out of service, try the Reset
command again.
2000 ABORT Response to the test request was not received within the allowable time period.
1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals up to 3 times.
2500 ABORT Internal system error
1. Retry the command.
NO
BOARD
The IPSI circuit packs Packet Interface is assigned but is not detected as being
physically present.
1. If the IPSI circuit pack is present, replace it.
2. If not, insert a TN2312AP IPSI circuit pack in the assigned slot, and rerun
the test.
5001 ABORT The TDM clock in the Processor port network has failed.
1. See ‘‘TDM-CLK (TDM Bus Clock)’’ on page 8-1604 to clear this failure.
5002 ABORT The packet bus in the Processor port network has failed.
1. See ‘‘PKT-BUS (Packet Bus)’’ on page 8-1230 to clear this failure.
Any FAIL The diagnostic tests failed for the IPSIs Packet Interface failed. If the system
is equipped with the
high-reliability or critical-reliability configuration, the
reset will run only on demand if the Packet Interface is on the standby IPSI
circuit pack or if Packet Interface is in an out-of-service state on the active IPSI.
1. Retry the command reset packet-interface.
2. If the reset fails, replace the circuit pack.
PASS The IPSIs Packet Interface diagnostic software passed. The Packet Interface
is put back into service automatically.
