001: Activate PID controller, if current controller is active
010: Activate PID controller, if speed controller is active
011: Activate PID controller, if position controller is active
100: Activate PID controller always
3 Reserved
4 If PID controller active (bit 2 ... 0 000):
0: Deactivate P controller
1: Activate P controller
5 If PID controller active (bit 2 ... 0 000):
0: Deactivate I controller
1: Activate I controller
6 If PID controller active (bit 2 ... 0 000):
0: Deactivate D controller
1: Activate D controller

Bit Meaning
0 0: PID controller is deactivated
1: PID controller is activated

8 If PID controller output is linked only (Z150.6– 0):
1: PID controller output greater than maximum value or less than minimum
value of the target parameter. PID controller output is limited to target
parameter at writing.
