Kt correction factor
Production-technical deviations of the motor Kt can be corrected by a comparison mea-
surement (dynamo electric machine) by the correction factor, Kt
corr
Z138.23–, without
having to adjust the measuring data of the motor.
4.7.7.5 Ks adaption
The "system gain" can be deviated from the measuring point value (ASM field weakening,
changing load inertia). This can either be considered in the parameter "Ks actual"
Z155.10– or when starting with the Ks factor Z18.40– (Ks at the measuring point) the Ks
value can be adapted as follows accordant to the flux actual value and the change in the
inertia torque of the drive:
with:
Ks act Ks actual value Z155.10–
Ks factor Ks at rating point Z18.40–

Ks
cycl adapt
Factor of the cyclic Ks adaption Z155.14–, in Q16
(i.e. 2
16
= 1=100%).
The Ks adaption is significant to the following:
m Standardization constant (1/Ks) of the speed controller output and the torque current
set value.
The magnetic flux is dependent of the saturation influence at the ASM (see ZAdaption of
the Saturation– on page 526).
Cyclic Ks adaption
The torque of inertia changes at some applications. This requires a cyclical change of the
Ks factor and can be adapted via the control and parameter
Z155.14–.
The cyclic Ks adaption is not active. It is activated by (controller adaption) mode Z155.1–
bit 4.
The Ks value is updated in RT1 cycle.
Refer to ZThe factor Ks– on page 446 and ZKs Determination– on page 207.
