Chapter 4 Frame and Carriage Assembly
Floor Mounted Frame
12) Drive back under the center of the head beams as shown below.
13) Loosen the corner clamps where they are attached to the legs so when you lift the head beams
and rails the legs stay on the ground and the clamps can slide up the legs.
14) Raise the machine up and set the height from the bottom of the head beams to the ground to 133’’
at all four legs and tighten the clamps back onto the legs.

CAUTION
Use caution when lifting the frame with the flipped forks, if
the frame was to slide back and off the forks, it could fall onto
the forklift. For this reason, you must secure the head beam
to each of the forks on the forklift with a clamp. This will not
allow the frame to slide forward or backward.
Flip forks over if necessary
