S(scene) # or C(chase) # or QL(QList) # appears in the command line, indicating that the
display is locked.
2 Select multiple objects by tapping the appropriate cells on the touch screen.
Note: Multiple objects can also be selected using the console keys [
##].
To release the locked context mode
Press SHIFT + SCENE or CHASE or QLIST.
OR
Lock context mode for a different object selection by pressing another object key twice.
To preview objects
Example 3: Preview group 2.
1 When the faders are in context mode, press
GROUP.
2 Raise fader 2.
The dimmers, for fixtures in the group, fade in.
Wide mode
When the faders are in Wide mode, they control 48 or 72 channels. In Wide mode, you can:
Use the faders to manually fade channels.
Press a flash key to bump the channel to the level allowed by the flash master setting.
Releasing the flash key bumps the channel to zr.
In wide mode, the fader that controls preset 1 can be used a s a general master, controlling the fader
output level.
Tip! In wide mode, faders can be used to program scenes, chase steps, and cues.
