Programming Lighting Objects
The fields are:
Navigate the fields in the time screen by:
Pressing to navigate the fields
Tapping FADE or DELAY to enter the time values in the appropriate column.
Setting fade times for lighting objects
Unique fade in and delay fade times can be set for scenes, cues, chases, chase steps, and parameter
banks. Parameter banks may have different fade times than the overall scene, cue, or chase step. For
instance, set a unique fade time for the beam bank, so gobos jump in while all other parameters are
fading in.
Use the wheels or the keypad to set fade times.
Wheel 1 - Minutes
Wheel 2 - Seconds
Wheel 3 - Tenths (1/10) of seconds
When using the keypad, enter the fade time in seconds. Example: To set a fade time of 1
minute and 30 seconds, enter 90 (seconds) on the keypad.
To set overall fade times
Example: Set lighting object 1 to fade in time over 1 minute and 30 seconds
1 To set fade times for scenes: Press
SCENE and press 1.
To set fade times for cues: Press
QLIST and select the QList. Then press CUE and press 1.
To set fade times for chase steps: Press
CHASE and select the chase. Then press STEP and
press
1.
To set fade times for chases: Press CHASE and select the chase.
2 Press
TIME.
The fade time fields are displayed in time mode.
3 Turn wheel 1 until arriving at 1 (minute) and the turn wheel 2 until arriving at 30 (seconds).
Or
Instead of using the wheels, enter 90 (seconds) on the keypad.
4 Press
ENTER or STORE or tap OK.
Fields Fade times
In
Set fade in and delay in times for the entire scene, cue, chase, or chase step.
Out
Set fade out and delay out times for the entire scene, cue, chase, or chase step.
Focus
Set fade and delay times for the parameters in the F(ocus) bank.
Color
Set fade and delay times for the parameters in the C(olor) bank.
beam
Set fade and delay times for the parameters in the B(eam) bank.
