To calibrate the inject port volume in Chromeleon or Chromeleon Xpress:
1. Open a panel tabset.
2. Select the Autosampler tab.
3. Under Wellness, click the Calibrate IPTV button. The Inject Port Volume
Calibration panel appears. The panel and calibration procedure differs,
depending on whether the AS is configured for normal or sequential mode.
• If the AS is in normal mode, refer to the instructions on the panel (see
Figure 5-27
) and to the notes on page 157 to complete the calibration
procedure.
• If the AS is in sequential mode, refer to the instructions on the panel (see
Figure 5-28
) and to the notes on page 159 to complete the calibration
procedure.
