If you're not seeing a picture on your monitor or TV after connecting it to the FLIR DVR, try these steps: First, power off both the monitor/TV and the DVR, then power them back on, starting with the monitor/TV. Ensure that you've selected the correct input channel on your monitor/TV to which the DVR is connected. Also, check the video cable to make sure it is securely connected to both the DVR and the monitor/TV. If the resolution is incorrect, press and hold the Stop button on the remote control until the DVR restarts, which will reset the resolution to the default setting (1024x768).

If your FLIR DVR system isn't receiving power or powering up, first, check that the cable from the power adapter is securely connected to both the DVR and the power outlet. Make sure the power switch is in the ON (I) position. If it's still not working, and the LED indicators on the front are off, try plugging the DVR directly into a wall outlet instead of a power bar or surge protector. Test the outlet with another device to confirm it's providing power.
