BiSS interfaces are not supported on encoder channel Ch3!
6.7.4EnDat(cyclical)X8
Ch3: ENDAT(4) - Cyclical EnDat (2.1 or 2.2)
As the EnDat functionality of the parameters for encoder channel Ch3 is
predominantly identical to that of the parameters for encoder channel Ch1, it is
recommended to read the description for the Ch1 encoder channel parameters (see
Section "EnDat (cyclical)X7" on page 62).

versions for the ServoOne and ServoOnejunior.
