[SENSe[1]:]FREQuency[:CW|:FIXed]:STOP?
This query retrieves the stop frequency of the triggered frequency sweep.
Frequency is returned in Hz.

Error message
If the parameter set is <0 Hz or >1000 GHz, error –222, “Data out of range”
occurs.
FREQ:STOP? Returns the stop frequency of the frequency sweep in Hz.
